Short Night Closures from Eglykada I/C to Patras K1 I/C

• Upgrading of the tunnels automation system
• Simultaneous pavement maintenance works

To carry out tests within the context of upgrading the automation and communications system of the Patras Bypass Tunnels, and to carry out pavement maintenance works, two short night closures will be implemented in the next days, in the direction to Athens on the section between the interchanges of Eglykada (k.p. 212.600) and Patras K1 (k.p. 204.4), as follows: 

During these periods, the traffic to Athens will be diverted from Eglykada Interchange and shall use the following itinerary:  Eleftheriou Venizelou, Akti Dimeon, Trion Navarchon, Agiou Andrea, Norman, Iroon Politechniou and Kanelopoulou and will re-enter the Korinthos-Patras NNR at Patras K1 I/C.

In the event of adverse weather phenomena or technical problem, the said works will be implemented on Wednesday, 24/01/2024.
