Olympia Odos S.A. implements an Integrated Management System (IMS) certified by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD), in the following fields: 

• The motorway concession management, which includes the financing of the Project, the operation and maintenance of the motorway and the management of the Motorists Service Stations;
• The operation of the motorway, which includes the traffic and incidents management, the road and E/M maintenance, the customers’ and subscribers’ service.

Olympia Odos S.A. undertakes to:

• Provide quality services to the drivers/customers;
• Create an effective environmental management system for the motorway;
• Provide a high level health and safety system to its employees and all the people employed in the infrastructure project.

Olympia Odos Operation S.A. has adopted an Integrated Quality, Environment, Road Safety and Health & Safety Management System for the operation, according to the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 39001:2012 & ISO 45001:2018 respectively, committing itself to observe specific procedures for the management and monitoring of the project's operation and maintenance, for the safe transit of the vehicles through the motorway, for the toll collection and the customers’/subscribers’ service, for the environmental protection, for the safe circulation of its marked vehicles, as well as for the care taken for the health and safety of the entire human power, fully responding to the rules of art and science.
