OLYMPIA ODOS SA and OLYMPIA ODOS OPERATION S.A.(hereinafter the “Companies”), acting as “Data Controllers” in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016) and Law 4624/2019, hereby inform the interested parties and those who wish to submit their CVs for positions in the Companies (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects") that the Companies will collect, process, store for a period of twelve (18) months and then proceed with the final deletion of the full name/corporate name, postal and e-mail address and the TIN of the Subject, as well as personal data relating to the processing for the purpose of evaluating the information and data indicated in the CV submitted to the Companies (to one or both of them) as the Data Controllers, for the purpose of entering into an employment relation with the Companies (one out of them).

The above processing of Personal Data is carried out only by the Companies for the above processing purposes indicated restrictively, and does not relate to any other processing purpose.

Our Companies take all appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the safety and protection of the said personal data. However, despite the effort expended by our Companies, they cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted through the Internet, since the transmission of information via the Internet can never be completely secure.

The above personal data may be made accessible to and processed by subcontractors of the Data Controllers or companies affiliated to the Data Controllers within the European Union. These companies will process the Personal Data exclusively for the purpose of providing services to the Data Controllers and in no case for other processing purposes, while the personal data will not be transferred to third parties either within or outside the European Union.

The Data Subjects may exercise, where applicable, the right of access, correction, interruption or suspension of the Processing and, if the legal requirements are met, the right to erasure of Personal Data, as well as the right to transfer them to another Controller or Processor by sending a relevant letter to the following e-mail address gdpr.compliance@olympiaodos.gr if OLYMPIA ODOS SA is concerned or to dpo@olympiaoperation.gr if OLYMPIA ODOS OPERATION SA is concerned.

Important notice: If you exercise one of the above-mentioned rights, the Data Controllers will take all possible measures to satisfy your request within thirty (30) calendar days from receiving it, informing you in writing about the satisfaction of your request or the reasons that prevent the satisfaction of one or more of the above-mentioned rights of the Subjects in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016) and Law 4624/2019.
