Its governance and organisation system aims to maximise its operation's positive impact and minimise the negative effects to the extent possible. Alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)The 2030 Agenda is an agreement between the United Nations Member States responsible for implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Achieving the SDGs requires actions by all stakeholders, including businesses, governments and the civil society. Among the 17 SDGs, Olympia Odos has identified 13 Goals according to a specific procedure, relevant to its activity. The selected SDGs correspond to the company operations and impact areas. As early as in our first Report, the aforementioned SDGs have been matched with our strategy's axes. The SDGs are a point of reference regarding both the prioritization of our tasks and their impact on our business operation.
Value ChainOur value chain represents an organizational model based on our overall performance, considering indicators relevant to the safety of the employees and the users, the environment, our corporate social responsibility, and various financial indexes. Important additional parameters that have been taken into account, include the development of the areas surrounding the motorway and the solid and mutual relations with our stakeholders.
