Since the beginning of our business activity, we focused on the safety and protection of human life and on ensuring the quality of the working environment. Olympia Odos constantly improves its systems and practices that contribute to the development of employees and focuses on creating a human-centered work environment. In 2021, we invested €533,000 in Health and Safety and conducted 8,400 hours of training.

Health & Safety Week 2021

Olympia Odos participates in the international health and safety event organised by the VINCI Concessions network every year. During this week, the entire VINCI Concessions network comes together and implements actions focusing on health and safety at work.

In 2021, the Safety Week took place from 27th September to 1st October. Olympia Odos implemented a series of informative and educational activities and experiential workshops. Employees and external agencies participated in the actions. The main message of the 2021 campaign was: "Stay alert, stay safe".

Diversity Charter 

In 2021, Olympia Odos strengthened its commitment to equality in the workplace by signing the Diversity Charter, an initiative of the European Commission to develop a workplace open to all, regardless of gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, religion and personal beliefs. By joining the Charter, Olympia Odos actively confirms its commitment to maintaining and strengthening its efforts to form a fair, non-stereotyped working environment. At the same time, Olympia Odos is intensifying its efforts to create and maintain a working environment that favours diversity and promotes equality, mutual respect, and social cohesion.
