Appointment of New Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

OLYMPIA ODOS S.A. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Christos Karadimas as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Concession Company that manages and operates the Elefsina–Corinth–Patras–Pyrgos–Tsakona highway.

OLYMPIA ODOS extends its sincere appreciation to the outgoing Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Panayiotis Papanikolas, for his longstanding contribution and dedicated service to the company, and wishes him every success in his future endeavors.

Mr. Karadimas brings extensive professional experience in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of major road concession projects. Throughout his professional tenure, he has also served as General Operation Manager for a considerable period at the Olympia Odos highway. In this role, he made significant contributions to its effective operation and management.

The new management team will formally assume its duties as of today, Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
