Short Night Closure of the section between Eglykada and Patras-K1 Interchanges on the Patras Bypass

In order to open to traffic the B601 Bridge (at about k.p. 205+300 in the Bozaitika area), in the traffic direction to Athens, and to remove the current two-way traffic arrangement, a short night closure to traffic of the direction to Athens will be implemented on the section between the Eglykada (k.p. 212.6) and Patras-K1 (k.p. 205.15) Interchanges from 21:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026 to 06:00 a.m. the following morning at the latest.

During this period, the traffic in the direction to Athens along the section between the Eglykada and Patras-K1 Interchanges, will be diverted to the city of Patras, as follows:

• exiting the Eglykada Interchange, they shall use the following route: Eleftheriou Venizelou St., Akti Dimeon, Trion Navarchon St., Aghiou Andreou St., Norman St., Iroon Politechniou St. and Kanelopoulou St., and will re-enter the Athens-Patras NNR in the direction to Athens.

In the event of technical problem, the said closure to traffic will take place on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 during the same timeframe.
