Traffic arrangements on Athens-Korinthos NNR to locally divert the traffic to Korinthos outside the “Aithra” Tunnel

In the context of the energy upgrade works on the Motorway, a short nighttime traffic closure to traffic will be implemented in the direction to Korinthos from k.p. 50.7 to k.p. 52.1, including the “Aithra” Tunnel, from Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 21:00 p.m. to Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 7:00 a.m., while the tube to Athens will serve as a two-way tube.

During this period of time, the traffic to Korinthos will use only the left lane of the opposite traffic direction, while the traffic to Athens will be limited to the right lane, while the middle lane will remain closed to serve as a buffer zone between the two opposite traffic directions, as shown on the following diagram.

In case of adverse weather conditions or other problems, the traffic arrangements will be implemented on the following day.
