Our slogan: “We continue TOGETHER” - Actions for employees and drivers
For the fifth consecutive year, Olympia Odos participated in the National Customer Service Week organized under the auspices of the Greek Customer Service Institute (EIEP), promoting the vital role of customer service and awarding both the people on the front line and those who support the maintenance and operation of the infrastructure from other posts.
At the "frontline” are the employees of the patrols, the Traffic Management Centers, the call center and the Customer Service Centers, who see to the service and safety of the drivers 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, thus fulfilling our commitment to constantly improve the quality of services provided by the motorway. In “the rear” are the people in charge of the maintenance of the infrastructure, the management and monitoring of all facilities and the large structures of the project.
This year’s Customer Service Week was dedicated to the Environment. The actions for both the employees and the drivers/customers aimed at raising the awareness of everybody for the protection of the natural resources and the environment in which each one of us lives.
This year, we incited everybody to make a start with us, by planting seeds of herbs and aromatic plants in plant pots and gardens as a symbolic gesture. To that purpose, we distributed seed packets at the Toll Stations of Elefsina and Rion, and a small succulent plant at the Customer Service Centers of Elefsina and Rion, on Thursday, October 7, 2021.
Similarly, we distributed plants to our employees and invited their children to be inspired and take photos, draw or make handicrafts. The actions were accompanied by draws for gift vouchers.
Moreover, this year a few months after signing the Diversity Charter for the Greek companies and organizations, within the context of the National Customer Service Week, Olympia Odos laid the foundations for creating the “Women Community of Olympia Odos” inviting them in a “Women’s Breakfast” on October 8, 2021, where they had the opportunity to share experiences, thoughts and ideas about women’s empowerment.
With the slogan “We continue TOGETHER”, the National Customer Service Week 2021 was once again a point of reference for us in order to promote our corporate philosophy that acknowledges the value of anthropocentrism.
