From October 1 to October 6, we all celebrate Service.
Olympia Odos participates, for the second year, in the National Customer Service Week, celebrated under the hospices of the Greek Customer Service Institute (EIEP), thus promoting the vital role of customer service and awarding the people who work daily to serve customers.
The employees of Olympia Odos are on the front line of customer service and drivers’ safety 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, thus fulfilling our commitment to constantly improve the quality of services provided by the motorway.
The event established by EIEP is an excellent occasion to award the employees as well as the drivers and in particular the OLYMPIA PASS subscribers, for their loyalty and confidence.
Within this framework, from October 1 to October 6, Olympia Odos celebrates the Customer Service Week with events and actions for everybody:
BETTER SERVICES TO OUR CUSTOMERS
- Organization of a contest with gifts to the O-pass subscribers;
- Organization of a draw by lot for those who will subscribe to the O-pass by October 31, 2018.
OFFER TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY
- Offer IT equipment to schools of Korinthia and Achaia;
- Organize school visits to motorway Traffic Management Centers.
Moreover, this year Olympia Odos inaugurates the program “WORK TOGETHER, CELEBRATE TOGETHER”, with actions for our employees in an effort to actually compensate the efforts they make every day. The program aims at offering the employees the possibility to amuse themselves, exchange experiences and strengthen their relations.
What is the National Customer Service Week?
It’s a celebration established in the United States 20 years ago, but now, is adopted and celebrated in more than 60 countries around the world. During the first week of October, many actions are organized in every participating organization/company, in order to promote the culture of customer service as the driving force for the excellence of such organizations.
