Short term night-time traffic interruptions which will last for 8 hours are going to take place in Patra Bypass between Bozaitika (kp 207.8) and Eglykada (kp 215.2) Interchanges, according to the pertaining information signs as follows:
- on Monday 20/03 and on Tuesday 21/03 from 22:00 in the evening until 06:00 the next morning, the direction from Athens to Pyrgos will be diverted in the area of Bozaitika Interchange to the local network of the city of Patras, while the entrance branch of the Interchange in the direction to Pyrgos will remain closed. More specifically, traffic to Pyrgos will be accommodated through Kanellopoulou, Iroon Polytechneiou, Aktis Dymaion, Eleftheriou Venizelou streets and will re-enter the Patra Bypass through the entrance branch of Eglykada I/C in the direction to Pyrgos.
Traffic in the direction to Athens is not affected and shall operate normally.
- on Wednesday 22/03 and on Thursday 23/03 from 22:00 in the evening until 06:00 the next morning, the direction from Pyrgos to Athens will be diverted in the area of Eglykaga Interchange to the local network of the city of Patras, while the entrance branch of Eglykada Interchange in the direction to Athens will remain closed. Specifically, traffic to Athens will be accommodated through the streets Eleftheriou Venizelou, Akti Dymaion, Trion Navarchon, Agiou Andreou, Norman, Iroon Polytechniou,Kannelopoulou and will re-enter the Korinthos-Patra NNR.
Traffic in the direction to Pyrgos is not affected and shall operate normally.
These arrangements are necessary to carry out extraordinary maintenance works.
