On the way to the future
Olympia Odos is currently the biggest and most challenging construction project in Greece and one of the biggest in Europe. Olympia Odos is a €1.8 billion (excluding VAT) investment for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance for a modern, European-standard motorway that will link the northwest of Peloponnesus to the rest of Greece and the world.
Deliverables
Six years after the commencement of the works, a new European-standard motorway of 365 km will be offering high-level services to all its users 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. The benefits for the region of Peloponnesus will be significant (economical development and new employment opportunities). Traveling will be easier, faster, and most importantly, safer.
